Am I responsible for paying the cost of shipping a defective item to you?

A:

The customer is responsible for the associated shipping costs when returning a defective item. These costs are not reimbursed.

Q:

Do I need to register my product for warranty?

A:

Product registration is not necessary for product warranty coverage.

Q:

I received my bag as a gift; can I exchange it for something else?

A:

We do not offer product gift exchanges or credit. For exchange information, please check with the retail location where the product was originally purchased

Q:

Can I get a refund on my defective bag, bottle, bladder, etc?

A:

We will repair or replace any defective product. However, we do not offer refunds or credit.

Q:

How can I get a replacement part (plastic clips, bladder hoses, straps, zipper pulls, and buckles)?

A:

Q:

My hydration reservoir is leaking from the cap; does the cap have an o-ring or gasket?

A:

If you experience leaking from your hydration reservoir cap, first firmly tighten the cap and check again for leaks. The cap must be firmly tightened in order to work properly. If you still experience leakage you may qualify for a hydration reservoir replacement. Please visit our warranty page for product replacement information.

I live out of the country, how do I get a replacement?

Please visit our warranty page. Shipping costs (both ways) are the customer’s responsibility.
